Exactly two years to the day of its wrapping of principle photography, "Orphan" played to it's first audience at the 16th Santa Barbara International Film Festival on March 6th, 2001. The Independent Film Channel highlighted our experience at SBIFF on a new show called "IFILM@IFC" on Monday, April 30th, 2001. Click here to see the segment.

After Santa Barbara, the MFA, Nantucket and Woods Hole film festivals, "Orphan" headed across the pond to play at the Raindance Film Festival in London. Five days later it was back to Massachusetts to screen in Northampton and Florida for the Sarasota Film Festival. Then it was back across the Atlantic to screen in Brussels at the 20th BIFFF.
